ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 1997 and bring over 35 years of insurance experience to the table. Over the years, I’ve built an office focused on stability, relationships, and creating a workplace where people can build long-term careers.
I’ve been married for 29 years and have three kids. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, fishing, traveling, and spending time outdoors. We even have a pet-friendly office, which adds to the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere we’ve created.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Scott Queen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
