ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency in 1997 and bring over 35 years of insurance experience to the table. Over the years, I’ve built an office focused on stability, relationships, and creating a workplace where people can build long-term careers.
I’ve been married for 29 years and have three kids. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, fishing, traveling, and spending time outdoors. We even have a pet-friendly office, which adds to the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere we’ve created.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
